Following a 25 year, highly diverse employment history, Don Adlam has been working in private practice for 15 years, assisting people who wish to gain more insight into their lives. Working from a broad range of experience in his work life, his personal life and his spiritual life, all viewed through the lens of 20 years of engagement with Ken Wilber’s Integral perspective (including attendance at the inaugural Integral Psychotherapy Seminar in Boulder 2004). Don’s work is about engaging the moment in its fullness.
Don has been with his wife Melinda for 15 years. They live the quiet life in Adelaide.
As a Director on the board of the Integral Institute Australia, Don is now expanding his life experience with gusto, pragmatism and humour.
Adam Fletcher has been passionate about all things Integral since being introduced to Wilber's work by a friend and mentor (and IIA co-Director) Don Adlam in 2002. He completed the Integral Leader course in Boulder, Colorado, in 2006. During its early stages of development, Adam financially contributed to the Integral Institute for 18 months. The initial idea for developing an Integral Institute chapter in Australia was sparked during a conversation between Adam and the Integral Institute's CEO, Robb Smith, while they attended the 2008 Catalyzing Conscious Capitalism conference in Austin, Texas. Adam Fletcher has a Bachelor of Science (Honours), and a research PhD in psychology. He lives in Melbourne with his partner Sarah, and does his best to live life in a way that embodies Integral.
Jennifer Gidley is a psychologist, educator and futures researcher, who works as a Research Fellow in the Global Cities Research Institute, RMIT University, Melbourne. In 2009 she was elected President of the World Futures Studies Federation, a global Non-Government Organisation (NGO). Jennifer's PhD research included an "integration of integral views" bringing into conversation the pioneering evolution of consciousness writings of Rudolf Steiner, with Ken Wilber's Integral theory and Jean Gebser's structures of consciousness. She has published widely in futures and Integral studies, serves on the editorial boards of the major Integral and futures journals, and the scientific committees of Integral initiatives in Germany and France. She spent three months in Boulder in 2005 as a member of the Integral Institute education committee. She lives in Melbourne but works globally, creating networks - both conceptual and human - between Integral studies, futures studies and other transversal fields.

John is committed to his Integral practice, he is a long time meditator and mindfulness practitioner who also enjoys keeping fit and healthy. He is a psychologist specialising in leadership development, coaching and culture change and he has a PhD in leadership. John has been employed in corporate OD and HR roles, as a director of a large consulting firm, and since 1995 he has managed his own business. He lives with his wife and 3 children in Adelaide South Australia.
